Description
The Requirements Management Analyst will gather, analyze, document, and manage project and system requirements for IT solutions. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, and project managers; translates business needs into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements; maintains requirements traceability; supports Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall work; and manages change control and requirements documentation. The position is full-time and hybrid, requires on-site reporting at a client location, a security clearance, and U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.
