Description
Renesas is seeking a Requirements Management Tooling Engineer to establish and maintain a centralized pool of requirements-management tools, including Polarion, 3DS, Jama, and R4J. The role involves configuring and administering the tools, designing traceability and reporting solutions, coaching engineers, delivering training, ensuring aSPICE and other compliance standards, integrating tools with development environments, and improving tool performance and security. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, experience with requirements-management or ALM/PLM tools, SQL or JavaScript knowledge, and strong English communication skills.
