Description
The Requirements Manager serves as the process and tooling architect for complex munition development projects, building and governing the requirements management framework, Jama Connect toolset, traceability infrastructure, and workflows that support the formal S3 qualification and certification pipeline. The role configures requirements databases, safety and verification mappings, database schemas, access controls, and training programs; mentors multidisciplinary engineering teams; and leads audits of the requirements ecosystem for military certification authorities.
