ACS Services GmbH is seeking a Requirements Manager to manage and develop a requirements register for permitting-related requirements, additional conditions, and self-commitments. The role involves identifying, assessing, and tracking operational requirements, coordinating with plant operations, environmental management, permitting management, and project management, ensuring evidence and documentation obligations are met, producing status reports, and supporting process and management-system optimization. The position requires an engineering, environmental science, geography, urban or regional planning, landscape planning, or comparable degree; permitting-management experience; strong German skills; a class B driver’s license; and MS Office proficiency, with SAP and energy or plant-operation knowledge advantageous.
