Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Requirements Traceability Manager to own end-to-end requirements traceability across a large-scale Agile program. The role manages traceability relationships from strategic themes through epics, capabilities, features, stories, ITFRs, and program milestones; maintains standards and data quality; supports backlog refinement and planning activities; and leads the migration from Jira to ServiceNow. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of technical writing experience for software development projects, familiarity with SAFe or Agile methodologies, and strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills. The proposed salary range is $75,200 to $158,100.
