Description
The Day Habilitation Program Director provides leadership and oversight for a day habilitation program, including regulatory compliance, program operations, billing, resident and family relationships, staff supervision and hiring, financial monitoring, incident reporting, and electronic health record participation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities, strong management and communication skills, computer literacy, and a valid New York State driver’s license. The schedule is flexible to accommodate program needs.
