Description
ADT is hiring a Resale Sales Representative to re-engage former customers, sell tailored security, automation, and life-safety solutions, present proposals, conduct post-installation follow-ups, generate referrals, and develop new leads within an assigned territory. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, use of a personal vehicle for travel, technology proficiency, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a self-motivated, results-driven approach. Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required. Compensation includes uncapped commissions, training pay of up to $4,000 during the first eight weeks, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.
