Community Action House is hiring a full-time Resale Specialist to support its resale stores in Holland, Michigan. The role combines retail sales-floor operations, merchandising, pricing, inventory, POS and cash-handling, volunteer support, guest service, escalations, and occasional assistant-manager duties. It requires at least two years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel between store locations; Spanish proficiency is preferred. The position pays $18–$19.50 per hour and includes benefits, with evening and weekend hours on a rotating schedule.
