Conduent is hiring a Rescan Processor for on-site work in Lexington, Kentucky. The role supports document reprocessing and warehouse operations by retrieving, preparing, correcting, and organizing documents; tracking errors; staging materials; and maintaining a clean, secure workspace. The position includes a 4-8-week Monday-Friday training schedule followed by production work, with $16.00 per hour during training and performance-based piece-rate pay afterward. Requirements include attention to detail, physical ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, vehicle operation ability, ladder and material-handling capability, a clean criminal background check, and a high school diploma or GED.
