The RESEA Case Manager provides integrated workforce planning and employment services to career center customers, including assessing needs, coaching job seekers, developing employment and training plans, coordinating service providers, maintaining case files, and supporting job retention. The role requires strong communication, customer service, computer literacy, keyboarding, teamwork, and a valid driver's license with adequate vehicle insurance; bilingual candidates are preferred.
