Description
The Workforce Services Representative supports individuals in the federal Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program by providing individualized career guidance, case management, workshop facilitation, participant outreach, employment and training referrals, and documentation in the ARIES system. The role collaborates with Ohio Means Jobs Center partners, develops Individual Employment Plans, and serves as an initial greeter and orientation provider. An associate’s degree is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the position requires strong communication, customer service, organizational, computer, and stakeholder-management skills.
