Michigan State University’s Department of Fisheries and Wildlife and the U.S. Geological Survey Michigan Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit are hiring a Research Administrator Assistant in East Lansing to provide pre-award and post-award research administration support, general office support, and financial/administrative assistance for a diverse portfolio of fisheries and wildlife research. The role involves proposal preparation, grant management, budget monitoring, compliance tracking, reconciliation, reporting, purchasing, travel support, and asset management, with a hybrid work arrangement and a one-year appointment with possible extension contingent on funding.
