Description
The Research Analyst supports the Office of Institutional Research by collecting and analyzing university data, maintaining datasets, preparing reports and statistics, auditing admissions, enrollment, and graduation data, supporting external surveys and institutional assessments, maintaining dashboards and the Institutional Research webpage, and assisting with retention and financial-aid models. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a field requiring statistics, research, and analytic skills; a master’s degree is preferred, and prior experience is not required but 3–5 years in higher education research is preferred. Required technical skills include Microsoft Office, BANNER, Oracle Fusion, Slate, SPSS, R, Power BI, databases, Python, SQL, and familiarity with artificial intelligence in data analytics.
