Description
Preqin, part of BlackRock, is hiring a Research Analyst for its Company Intelligence team. The role focuses on deep secondary research and structured intelligence about private-market companies, M&A, ownership structures, investments, deals, valuations, and corporate events. The analyst will resolve conflicting or incomplete information, identify and onboard private-market companies, use AI-assisted research tools and internal platforms, maintain data quality and evidence-backed documentation, and collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering teams. The position requires a postgraduate degree or BTech with an excellent academic record and at least 18 months of relevant experience; it is based on BlackRock’s hybrid model requiring at least four office days per week.
