West Hills Community College District is hiring a Research Analyst to perform statistical and analytical institutional research, support decision-making and program planning, develop surveys and research designs, validate data, maintain and expand the district's data warehouse, prepare state and federal reports, and train faculty and staff on data interpretation. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of research experience, and experience with SQL, survey development, databases, and Microsoft Office; it is scheduled Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week and ends on 06/30/2027.
