Description
Vitol is seeking a research intern to support a medium- to long-term forecasting project on China’s carbon market. The intern will track policies and regulatory developments, collect sector data, build forecasting frameworks for carbon emissions and allowance demand through 2035, analyze energy intensity and decarbonization pathways, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis using Excel, Python, or R. The role requires an undergraduate or postgraduate student in a relevant field, strong research and analytical skills, at least three days per week of commitment, and the ability to read Chinese and English materials.
