GIST is recruiting an intern to support research, analysis, and project delivery related to peacebuilding, international development, and security. The role involves drafting background briefs, organizing training programmes, collecting and synthesizing data, monitoring regional developments, and contributing to reports and presentations. Candidates should be enrolled in or recently completed a relevant master's, doctorate, or apprenticeship-level qualification, with strong qualitative research and analysis, or a quantitative background with experience in statistical methods and tools such as Python, R, Stata, or SQL/No-SQL. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are required, with additional language knowledge viewed favorably.
