HP is hiring a full-time Research & Development Dispersion Chemist in Singapore to lead advanced pigment dispersion development from concept through manufacturing implementation. The role focuses on dispersion formulation, colloidal stabilization, process and scale-up development, DOE and statistical analysis, technology transfer, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, analytical, ink formulation, supply chain, and external supplier teams. The position also includes mentoring chemists and influencing strategic technology and product decisions. A Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field and 8–10+ years of industrial R&D experience in pigment, dye, dispersion, polymer, wet chemistry, or ink formulation are required.
