Description
The Research and Development Engineer, Technical Documentation, Light Technology will translate complex lighting-product concepts into user-oriented documentation, define requirements for operation, commissioning, maintenance, service, and troubleshooting, and use AI-driven tools to create and maintain requirement documents, test concepts, manuals, and service materials. The role collaborates with engineers, product management, quality assurance, and international partners, manages product knowledge, conducts documentation reviews, and improves documentation processes. It requires a technical degree or training, 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong German and English skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Copilot, and optionally Visual Studio Code or Python.
