Description
Armacell is hiring a full-time Research and Development Engineer to lead product and process development projects for thermoplastic foams from concept through commercialisation. The role involves developing and evaluating products and technologies, conducting feasibility research, supporting technology scale-up and transfer, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting intellectual property, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Candidates need an MSc or PhD in a relevant engineering or materials discipline, at least three years of R&D or innovation experience, practical thermoplastic processing experience, strong project management and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Polish. The position requires approximately 30% travel across EMEA manufacturing sites and the German R&D Center.
