Description
The Protech Group is hiring a full-time R&D Laboratory Technician in Montreal, Quebec, to prepare and execute laboratory-scale powder-coating formulations and polymer-processing operations under the guidance of a Senior Formulator. The role includes weighing and blending raw materials, operating laboratory equipment, maintaining GLP and safety standards, recording experimental data, preparing test samples, supporting formulation optimization and process validation, and assisting with inventory control. Candidates need a DEC in chemistry, polymers processing, materials science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, at least one year of similar experience, bilingual English and French ability, and the physical ability to perform laboratory tasks.
