Johnson & Johnson is hiring for its full-time Research & Development Leadership Development Program (R&D LDP) Class of 2027, a two-year engineering leadership development program for current graduate students enrolled in an engineering graduate program and on track to earn a master’s degree by June 2027. Participants will work on medical device projects involving product design, manufacturing, commercialization, simulation, kinematics, automated devices, imaging, user interfaces, research, characterization, process development, testing, and equipment development, with rotational assignments across U.S. locations. The program offers base salaries ranging from $102,600 to $141,500 depending on degree and location, along with performance bonuses, retirement, health, and other benefits.
