Description
Nysonian is hiring an in-person Research & Development Manager in Yiwu, China, to lead end-to-end product development for travel, health, and fitness consumer goods. The individual contributor will translate product briefs into manufacturable specifications, manage prototypes, sampling, tooling, pre-production, suppliers, BOMs, costs, quality, certifications, packaging, and project execution, while coordinating with an offsite team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial or product design, or a related field, 5–8 years of relevant experience, Chinese and English fluency, CAD proficiency, and strong negotiation and project-management skills.
