Description
The Research & Development Scientist will lead product development and improvement projects for Red Diamond’s coffee and tea products, from concept through commercialization. The role involves testing new products, flavors, processes, ingredients, and technologies; supporting manufacturing and plant trials; developing specifications and shelf-life evaluations; maintaining lab documentation; and presenting product ideas to customers and technical audiences. The position is office-based in Moody, Alabama and requires a bachelor’s degree in Food Science plus 3–5 years of R&D or product development experience, with beverage and coffee/tea experience preferred.
