Description
The role leads and supports research and development of refractory, ceramic, and metallurgical products, including designing experiments, improving R&D tests and equipment, collaborating with internal and external technical stakeholders, supporting customer-site product trials, and reporting experimental results. It requires a master's degree or higher in refractory, non-metallic inorganic materials, or materials science, more than two years of R&D or on-site technical support experience in the aluminum or foundry industry, willingness to travel, English technical writing, computer proficiency, communication, teamwork, independence, and creative thinking.
