Description
UJA-Federation of New York is seeking a Research and Evaluation Analyst to design and conduct research and evaluation projects, develop data collection tools, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, prepare reports and visualizations, collaborate with program staff on evaluation frameworks and metrics, and provide training on data collection and evaluation practices. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, or a related field, research and evaluation experience in a nonprofit or social services context, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency with statistical software such as Stata or R. The position reports to the Planning Director, Data and Insights and offers a salary range of $68,000 to $70,000.
