Description
The Medical University of South Carolina is hiring a Research Assistant to support physical medicine and rehabilitation and orthopaedic research studies. The role assists physician investigators and research coordinators with participant recruitment, informed consents, questionnaires, interviews, follow-up surveys, laboratory and other data collection, database entry, enrollment and follow-up logs, reporting, and organizational support. The position is hourly, scheduled for 40 hours per week, and may require travel to clinic sites. A high school diploma plus two years of relevant program experience is required, although a bachelor's degree may substitute; strong organization, Microsoft Excel, data entry, and patient care experience are preferred.
