Description
The Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research at Bergische Universität Wuppertal is seeking a research assistant to support a project on artificial intelligence in human resources management in SMEs and the Chair’s research activities. The role combines empirical research using qualitative and quantitative methods, literature analysis, interviews, surveys, scientific publications, conference presentations, and knowledge transfer with companies and practice partners. It also includes a teaching load of one unit and is a 50% fixed-term position starting 01.04.2027 for 2.5 years at E 13 TV-L. The application deadline was 12.10.2026.
