Description
Addison Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant/Phlebotomist to support nutrition and pharmaceutical clinical research trials. The role works with study coordinators, physicians, participants, and research staff to support recruitment and eligibility screening, participant safety and enrollment, clinical measurements, ECGs, DEXA scans, chart preparation, protocol compliance, data entry, and laboratory operations. Laboratory duties include collecting and processing blood, urine, stool, saliva, skin swabs, timed specimens, and other samples; using intravenous catheters when needed; shipping samples to reference laboratories; and managing supplies while following Good Clinical Practices, CDC recommendations, and OSHA requirements.
