Description
The Research Assistant supports Phase I–IV clinical trial execution by preparing source documents, performing vitals, ECGs, and phlebotomy, entering patient visit data, managing lab kit inventory, shipping and processing specimens, completing protocol training, and handling general office tasks. The role requires knowledge of regulatory requirements, GCP, ICH guidelines, medical terminology, organization, communication, and attention to detail, with a night shift and one year of clinical experience preferred.
