Avid Bioservices is hiring a full-time, onsite Research Associate for its Analytical Development team to develop, optimize, validate, and support routine testing of protein biologics. The role involves protein characterization using techniques such as ELISA, cell-based assays, HPLC, CE, icIEF, PCR, and SDS-PAGE; documenting method development and validation; training analysts; and transferring methods to cGMP Quality Control. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in biological or physical sciences, at least two years of relevant experience, and experience with bioanalytical method development and at least one listed technique. The position offers a base salary of $31.15 to $38.94 per hour, performance-based bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
