FDB (First Databank, Inc.) is hiring a Research Associate for its Editorial Content team in Carmel, Indiana. The role processes and maintains pharmaceutical product data for a healthcare knowledge base by reviewing manufacturer submissions, entering and verifying coded and uncoded information, resolving discrepancies, conducting basic research, and applying editorial standards. It requires strong communication, IT and Microsoft Office skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and interest in workflow systems, automation, and artificial intelligence. The position follows a hybrid model with at least three onsite days per week. A Bachelor of Science or Associate in Science in health or biological sciences is preferred, and PTCB certification with two years of pharmacy technician experience is desirable but not required.
