Description
The University of Applied Sciences Fulda is hiring a Research Associate (m/f/d) in the Faculty of Health Sciences to conduct independent research, develop health-literacy interventions, implement workshops, collect and evaluate empirical data, and contribute to publications and conferences. The role is fixed-term at 50–75% initially until 31 December 2029, with possible extension, and includes a planned PhD at the Public Health Fulda Doctoral Center. It is based at the university with a contractually agreed share of home office and regular digital and on-site meetings with practice partners. Applicants need a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, experience with empirical social research and software such as SPSS and MAXQDA, strong German and English skills, and a Master’s degree; a PhD is explicitly desired. The position is generally divisible and offers TV-H salary group E11 or E13, vacation, child allowance, pension, and other benefits.
