Description
The Research Associate leads data collection and management for the Philippine Socioeconomic Panel Survey and related surveys, supervises field managers and enumerators in Western Visayas, manages project finances, and serves as the technical lead for monitoring and data-collection tools. The role also supports post-collection data cleaning and analysis, maintains relationships with external partners and principal investigators, and assists with fundraising proposals. It requires project management, social-science field research, survey implementation, Stata or R, and SurveyCTO or ODK skills, along with a relevant master’s degree and experience in the Philippines and with IPA or affiliated organizations.
