Description
The Research Associate leads data collection and management for the World Bank Care Economy Study within the IPA Philippines Country Office. The role serves as the technical lead for research implementation, supervises field staff and project consultants, manages survey systems and data quality, coordinates stakeholders and project logistics, and prepares reports for donors and partners. It is an office-based hybrid position in Ortigas or Davao City, Philippines, requiring approximately 40% travel to remote field sites, with a six-month contract from August 2026 through January 2027 and compensation of 65,000–75,000 PHP per month.
