Mather is hiring two full-time Research Associates to conduct applied research and internal survey initiatives focused on health and wellbeing, wellness technology, and resident and team member experience in senior living and aging services. The role includes survey development, data collection and management, statistical analysis, project coordination, literature reviews, report writing, presentations, and research dissemination. Candidates need a master’s degree in psychology or a related health or social science field, survey and data-management experience, statistical analysis skills, SPSS experience, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The positions are hybrid, based in Mather’s Evanston, Illinois headquarters, require local Chicagoland residence, and may involve regular travel to senior living communities.
