Description
Spear Bio is hiring a Research Associate for its Assay Development team to execute high-throughput immunoassay workflows, optimize clinical-sample processing methods, maintain laboratory equipment, support analysis and data management, acquire supplies, and prepare grant materials. The role requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, 1–3+ years of laboratory experience, direct immunoassay and qPCR experience, and strong molecular biology skills. It is a five-day-per-week on-site position in Woburn, Massachusetts, with priority for local candidates.
