Description
The Research Associate will assess decentralized sector-coupling solutions for heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, energy storage, and charging infrastructure; perform technical and economic analyses; develop use-case concepts; communicate with user groups; present recommendations; and organize continuing education and technology implementation. The role is based at the Hamm campus, is initially full-time until 31.12.2027, and may be filled on a part-time basis. Applicants need a scientific university degree in economics and engineering, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable energy-focused discipline, extensive energy-engineering expertise, strong German and English skills, and analytical and organizational abilities.
