IP Services GmbH is hiring a Research Associate in industrial property and intellectual property law for part-time or full-time work in Hannover. The role involves legal research in trademark, design, and competition law; preparation of legal opinions and decision analyses; analysis of German and EU case law; support with trademark applications and monitoring; contribution to automated examination and research processes; support for strategic IP protection concepts; and preparation of articles and internal guidelines. Candidates need at least the First State Examination, strong knowledge of trademark and distinctive sign law, legal-database research skills, interest in legal technology, and very good German and English.
