Level is hiring a Research Associate to support its usability and learning research lab. The role involves facilitating usability, playtesting, and learning sessions with children and families, collecting and organizing observational and behavioral data, operating lab equipment, coordinating participants, and transcribing, coding, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. The position also requires building rapport with child participants, following ethical and safety protocols, and adapting facilitation to different age groups and learning contexts.
