Oura is hiring a Research Coordinator for its Research Operations team in San Francisco to support up to three hardware-focused human subjects research studies. The role covers study initiation, participant screening, scheduling, IRB approval and consent, room and equipment setup, participant flow, data collection from prototype devices, data quality review, documentation, and troubleshooting. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the San Francisco office and occasional domestic travel. Candidates need at least one year of human subjects research experience, familiarity with physiological or wearable data, and strong attention to detail. The role offers a base salary of $76,500 to $90,000 in Region 1, plus equity, health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
