Description
Applied Intuition is hiring a Research Engineer to join its Research Group and contribute to next-generation physical AI, with emphasis on end-to-end autonomous driving and robotic generalist systems. The role involves researching 3D vision topics such as 3D foundation models, multimodal pretraining, Gaussian splatting, and world foundation models; publishing research; and collaborating with engineering teams to deploy algorithms for autonomous vehicles, mining and construction machines, humanoid robots, and dexterous hands. Candidates should have hands-on experience in relevant 3D vision or autonomy and robotics areas, technical experience with Python, PyTorch, computer vision, robotics systems, and distributed machine learning, and a master’s or PhD in machine learning, computer vision, or a closely related field. The role is primarily in-office, with occasional remote work possible, and includes base salary, equity, and benefits.
