Description
Mercor is hiring a Research Engineer to work at the intersection of engineering and applied AI research, focusing on post-training and RLVR pipelines, reward-shaping experiments, synthetic data generation, data augmentation, rubrics, evaluators, and large-scale LLM evaluation. The role requires strong applied research, coding, machine learning, data structures, algorithms, backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud experience, with work in person five days per week in San Francisco, New York City, or London, and optional remote Saturdays.
