Description
Onton is hiring a Research Engineer to build and scale a neurosymbolic AI agent that learns from every search and provides users with sufficient context for optimal decisions. The role requires significant software, machine learning, or research engineering experience, deep knowledge of AI and neurosymbolic approaches, empirical research experience, and the ability to ship correct, robust, scalable, and maintainable code. The position is full-time and requires onsite collaboration for the first year, with a hybrid arrangement of three days per week in San Francisco and the option to transition to fully remote after one year.
