Description
Tessl is hiring a Research Engineer for its AI Research team to work on agent harness orchestration, agentic evaluation, outer-loop pipelines, and failure-mode analysis. The role involves customer-facing research, experiment design, trace analysis, eval infrastructure, and collaboration with engineering, product, and design. Candidates need at least four years of AI/ML product experience, recent LLM and agentic-systems experience, and depth in at least one of the four research areas. The position is hybrid in London, with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday as primary in-office days, and includes health insurance, pension contributions, and other benefits.
