Description
Turing is hiring a Research Engineer to build frontier-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and evaluations for AI labs and enterprise clients. The role translates research goals into data and environment specifications, audits data quality, designs task suites and ground-truth signals, implements validation and synthetic-data systems, and runs evaluations and experiments to demonstrate model improvement. It is a hands-on technical leadership position requiring 4–5 years of deep-learning systems experience, Python proficiency, and strong attention to data quality; SQL and other programming languages are preferred or advantageous.
