Normal Computing is hiring an AI Researcher focused on domain scaling for chip engineering, EDA, UVM, debugging, analog, formalization, materials-aware optimization, and related areas. The role owns end-to-end data strategy and reinforcement-learning environments, including task sourcing, reward design, vendor relationships, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, generalization experiments, and collaboration with domain experts and product teams. Candidates should have experience with post-training large language models, reinforcement learning, reward design, or training-data curation, along with technical vendor-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
