Gridware is hiring a Research Engineer to join its R&D team and solve sensing and measurement challenges for its active grid response platform. The role investigates sensor signals, characterizes sensor performance, designs experiments, analyzes data with Python, MATLAB, or SQL, and improves signal capture on constrained edge devices. Candidates need an MS or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, along with relevant experience and strong fundamentals in electromagnetics, sensing, and electrical measurement.
