Description
ArcelorMittal is seeking a Research Engineer for its Metallic Coating Product Development Team within the Global R&D Product Research Center. The role manages projects developing and deploying cost-effective metallic coating solutions for electric vehicle battery packs, including technical surveys, regulatory and technology assessment, collaboration with customers, suppliers and research partners, industrial scale-up, product qualification, process optimization, cost and yield improvement, quality performance, and deployment across manufacturing plants. The position requires a technical master's degree specializing in materials science, fluency in French and English, data analysis and statistical tools knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and preferably quality management, problem-solving, electric vehicle market knowledge, or a PhD.
