Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Research Engineer focused on Additive Manufacturing Design in Grand Prairie, Texas. The role supports the development, maturation, and transition of additive manufacturing materials, processes, designs, and digital workflows for mission-critical applications. Responsibilities include developing 3D models using design-for-additive-manufacturing principles, evaluating build strategies and dimensional accuracy, modifying Creo designs, coordinating with program stakeholders, analyzing AM hardware, and preparing technical documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, Creo proficiency, program or product development engineering experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. The full-time salary range is $98,100 to $182,100, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
